If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not interact with our service. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any updates we may make.

2. Description of Service

Your Look is an automated shopping assistant that operates through Instagram. The service:

• Monitors Comments: Watches for specific trigger words in comments onThe Mom Edit's Instagram posts
• Matches Looks: Uses image recognition technology to identify which fashion look you're interested in
• Sends Shopping Links: Delivers direct messages containing links to purchase featured items
• Confirms Receipt: May reply to your comment to confirm we've sent you the requested information

The service is provided free of charge. We are not responsible for third-party websites or merchants linked through our service.

3. Eligibility

To use Your Look, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area)
• Have a valid Instagram account in good standing
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Conduct

When using Your Look, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service excessively
• Abuse the service by making excessive or repetitive requests
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Circumvent any rate limiting or abuse prevention measures
• Use the service to send spam, harass others, or engage in harmful conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these conduct guidelines.

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and branding associated with Your Lookand The Mom Edit are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without explicit permission.

6.2 User Content

By commenting on our Instagram posts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your comment text solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6.3 Third-Party Content

Product images, descriptions, and pricing are provided by third-party merchants and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Your Look provides links to third-party websites and merchants. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on third-party sites
• The privacy practices of third-party sites
• Products or services offered by third-party merchants
• Any transactions you conduct with third parties

Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by their respective terms and policies. We encourage you to review them before making any purchases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE MOM EDIT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service
• Any damages arising from third-party products or services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Mom Edit and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

You may stop using the service at any time by simply not interacting with our Instagram posts.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@themomedit.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any legal action must be filed within one (1) year after the dispute arises, or be permanently barred.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Mom Edit regarding the service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
